All of the events listed below are fundraisers for Lavender in the Village and the Rio Grande Community Farm.
A portion of every ticket sold is being donated to these organizations and the agricultural programs and farmers they support.
5-course Lavender Brunch at The Acre Restaurant: Every Saturday in July: July 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30
Treat yourself, and your tastebuds, to a culinary extravaganza, created by award-winning chef Shawn Weed at his renown vegetarian restaurant, THE ACRE. $35pp.

Lavender painting classes with Kelly Jo Designs: July 14, 16, 23
Celebrate Lavender month in Los Ranchos with fun and easy painting classes at Kelly Jo Design by Wine in Los Ranchos.
Chocolate factory tour and lavender chocolate tasting with Eldora Chocolates: July 19 & 21.
Take an intimate tour of the award-winning Eldora Chocolate factory and learn how chocolate is made in the true bean-to-bar fashion.
Your tour is capped off with a small-group chocolate tasting featuring Eldora’s signature lavender chocolate bar.
Tours are at 10am and last approximately one hour. Limited space available. $18pp
U-Pick Lavender: July 19-21
Come out to the Larry P. Abraham Agri-Nature Center to pick your own bundle of fresh lavender.
Registration includes one 40-stem bundle that you pick and gather yourself. All equipment will be provided. Children may accompany paying adults but only one bundle may be picked per registration. Based on daily availability and health of the plants, additional bundles may be picked with permission. Additional bundles will be $10 each.
Available dates: July 19-21. Field will be open 5:30pm – 7:00pm. You may arrive anytime between 5:30pm and 6:30pm. The field closes at 7pm.
Pre-registration required. $10 pp.
Hayride farm tour with the Rio Grande Community Farm: Thursday, July 21
Enjoy an exciting and intimate tour of the inner workings and active fields of the Rio Grande Community Farm.
Tour leaves at 6pm from the back of the Agri-Nature Center and lasts approximately 1 hour.
Very limited space available. Combine this tour with a Lavender U-Pick experience for the perfect evening! Adults, $10. Kids $5
Lavender Run 5K: Saturday, July 23
The Lavender Run is an event you won’t want to miss! This annual RunFit run will take place in the beautiful Village of Los Ranchos (Los Poblanos Open Space and adjoining neighborhoods) on the trail and roadways and starts and includes a t-shirt and your ticket to the Lavender Festival on Sunday, July 24.
