Chocolate Maker and master chocolatier Steve Prickett and his incredible staff will guide you through the history of chocolate, lead you through the bean-to-bar process, and, of course, conduct a sense-sational tasting of chocolates from around the world including their wildly popular lavender chocolate made with Los Poblanos lavender.
